Maserati to Move Into Hybrids - Rumors Abound

There are reports (IL) that Maserati will develop a hybrid powertrain based on the Ferrari model in their next generation of cars. The stricter fuel economy (emissions) laws in Europe are forcing car makers to move to less weightier options, plus other fuel efficient engines to compensate.
