Car and Driver has spotted a BMW 1-series Hybrid out and about in testing.
There's no way this is going to hit the production side of things for at least a few years, but Car and Driver is saying they may have been looking at what is to come in 2013.
They are also guessing the next generation 1-series might get a mild hybrid system, not a full hybrid system.
